Privacy Policy

Soulbound is an AI-powered relationship readiness product available at soulbound.report.

When you use Soulbound, we may collect: your responses to the five psychometric questions; a session ID (anonymous by default); your email address, if you provide it; and payment confirmation processed by Stripe. We never see your card details directly. We do not collect your name, location, or any other personal identifiers unless you provide them voluntarily.

We use your responses solely to generate your Soulmate Probability Score and, for Ember sessions, to produce and deliver your full report.

Soulbound uses third-party services for AI processing, database hosting, payment handling, and transactional email. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy. We select providers that meet reasonable data protection standards and share only the minimum data necessary for each function.

Soulbound collects anonymised usage data (page views, session counts) by default to improve the product. This data is not linked to your identity. A cookie banner lets you opt out of persistent cookie storage at any time. If you decline, analytics will continue in memory-only mode for the current session only.

Session data is deleted after 90 days.
